Directions and parking
There is plenty of parking spaces available outside our store, both on Abingdon Road and the adjacent Allen Street, however, please note that the parking on these streets is limited to two hours only. If you need to park for a longer duration, we recommend the High Street Kensington Underground car park, which is just a five-minute walk from our store. Moreover, please be aware that we are situated outside the congestion charge zone but inside the ULEZ.

Our showroom is open Monday to Friday, from 10am to 6:30pm, and on Saturday from 10am to 6pm. We are closed on bank holidays.
In the showroom, we display a wide range of products, including speakers, amplifiers, receivers, turntables, and headphones, as well as accessories. If we do not have the product you wish to experience on display, we can obtain it from our warehouse or suppliers.
Typically, we only keep small items, such as cartridges, DAPs, and certain models of headphones, in our showroom, while larger items are stored in our warehouse and can be delivered to your address or the store for collection upon request.
You can book a demo for as long as you need. We recommend scheduling for at least an hour or two, depending on the availability of our demo room. If you need more time, we suggest booking a demo on a weekday when the store tends to be less busy.
We recommend booking a demo in advance to ensure that our demo room and the product you’re interested in are available. Booking in advance also allows us to provide you with personalised service and ensures that you have ample time to explore the product’s features and capabilities. However, if you happen to be in the area and would like to check for availability on the spot, we will do our best to accommodate you.
If you wish to collect an item from our showroom, you can do so with prior notice. However, please note that our stock is usually kept in our warehouse, so we need advance notice to move the item from the warehouse to the store.
