Delivery & Payment

We offer free delivery on all products to Mainland UK, the Scottish Highlands, and Northern Ireland, with no minimum spend required.

Delivery to the Channel Islands is paid and will be calculated based on the weight and size of the item. 

If you have any specific delivery instructions, please leave a note when placing your order online or contact our customer service team via email, phone, or chat.

DPD Delivery

We use DPD Premium Shipping as our standard shipping service. The courier will send you tracking information through either a text message or an email. Tracking details will be provided by DPD through notifications, and we suggest downloading the DPD app for the latest information on your delivery.

If you have not received your order tracking number please email us on info@premiumsound.co.uk to check the status of your order if it does not arrive within the specified time.

Kindly be aware that for large and heavy items, we may use a pallet delivery service. 

Delivery Cost:  

• Mailbox: Free (£0.00)  
• DPD Delivery within UK: Free (£0.00).

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2pm will be processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 2pm will be processed and shipped the following day.

Orders placed on Friday after 2pm or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Please note that we do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays.

The next-day delivery service is applicable to items marked as “in stock.” Items listed as “available” will show a standard lead time (e.g. ~7 working days delivery) for shipping.

We typically use a next-day delivery service, which usually arrives the day after dispatch.

Please note that next-day deliveries may not occur on weekends, however, a Saturday-guaranteed delivery can be arranged upon request.

Please take into account that express deliveries to destinations in Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands may not guarantee next-day arrival and could take up to 3 days.

For deliveries to the Channel Islands, please allow up to 5 days.

Same-day delivery service is available on working days (Monday – Friday) and operates within the borders of London only, with an additional fee.

This service is facilitated through Addison Lee or Gophr services.

The price will be calculated based on the size of the item and the shipping address.

We offer international delivery on eligible products. We work with several international logistics companies to offer our customers the quickest and the most cost-efficient service available.

Cost of the international delivery is calculated based on the destination country and weight/size of the goods ordered. Please contact us for the exact options and prices available.

It normally takes 5-7 working days for deliveries within the EU and 7-10 working days to the rest of the world. However express services are normally also available for an additional charge.

Customs duties as well as import taxes will be applied by the customs of the destination country. We can not take any responsibility for any additional charges incurred through customs.

When we fulfil a local currency order, the price is converted into your country’s currency.

Please note that the currency price shown is an estimate and your final charge will be in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

The prices on the website are based on the approximate exchange rate, which we update every 24 hours. The final price might differ slightly because the exchange rate fluctuates daily.

Credit Card  

Select the Credit Card option for payment at the checkout and then enter your details:  

• Card number;
• Expiry date;
• Card Code (CVC).

PayPal  

Choose one of the 4 PayPal options, which will redirect you to the PayPal payment page. Once the payment is completed, you will be redirected back to our website.  

Pay in 30 days / 3 interest-free instalments 

Select one of the 2 Klarna options, which will redirect you to the Klarna payment page. Once the payment is completed, you will be redirected back to our website. 

With our Click & Collect service, you have an option to seamlessly order online and retrieve your items from our London store.

Please be aware that we maintain our new stock in a dedicated warehouse rather than at the store itself.

As part of our process, we transfer items from the warehouse to the store, which typically requires a working day for the items to be ready for collection at the store.
