We offer free standard delivery on every order, with no minimum spend. Most UK orders ship the same working day on a next-day service; same-day London is available before 4pm, providing the item is in stock. The sections below cover each option in detail.

Free next-working-day delivery
Standard-size items ship via DHL or DPD Premium on a next-working-day service. We'll send tracking by text or email the moment it leaves our warehouse.

Pallet delivery, kerbside
Bulkier items (e.g. floorstanding speakers, hi-fi racks) ship on a pallet service. Plan an extra 1–2 working days on top of standard lead times. Two-person delivery available on request.

In your room before tea-time
Place your order before 1pm Monday to Friday and we'll dispatch from Kensington with Addison Lee or Gophr. The exact fee depends on size and postcode — call us for a quote.

Shipped wherever you listen
We work with several international carriers to find the fastest, fairest route. Expect 5–7 working days within the EU and 7–10 days worldwide. Customs duties and import taxes are paid by the receiver.

UK Delivery
For orders placed online, we offer free delivery on all products to Mainland UK, the Scottish Highlands, and Northern Ireland, with no minimum spend required. Delivery to the Channel Islands is charged and calculated based on the item's weight and size.
Standard-size items (e.g. amplifiers, turntables, bookshelf speakers) are sent via a courier service. We use DHL or DPD Premium as our standard couriers, which typically operate on a next-working-day delivery service. If you would prefer another courier (UPS, FedEx), this can be arranged on request.
For bulkier items (e.g. floorstanding speakers), we may use a pallet delivery service. Please note this can take an additional 1–2 working days.

Our cut-off windows are simple, and our warehouse runs to UK working hours.

Order Lead Time
Items marked Next Day Delivery on the product page ship same-day on the usual cut-offs. Items marked Available show an estimated dispatch and delivery window directly on the product page.
- Mainland UK: next working day after dispatch.
- Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands: up to 3 working days for express.
- Channel Islands: allow up to 5 working days.
- Saturday-guaranteed delivery available on request.
Same-Day London Delivery
Available Monday to Friday inside the borders of London only, for an additional fee. We use Addison Lee or Gophr depending on the size of the item.
The price is calculated by item size and shipping postcode. To get a quote, give us a call or drop us an email — we'll get back to you within the hour during opening times.
International Delivery
We ship eligible products worldwide and work with several international logistics partners to find the fastest, fairest route to your door.
- EU: typically 5–7 working days.
- Rest of world: typically 7–10 working days.
- Express: available on most routes for an additional charge.
Customs duties and import taxes are applied by the destination country and paid by the receiver — we can't take responsibility for additional charges incurred through customs.
Click & Collect
Order online and pick up in person from our London showroom. Stock is held in a dedicated warehouse rather than at the store itself, so we transfer your order across — allow one working day for items to be ready for collection.
We'll email you the moment your order is ready, with a collection slot if you'd like one.
