Short summary

The HeadLine is a high-end headphone amplifier designed to make the most of audiophile-standard headphones.

Description

The Headline takes signal from the tape socket of most Naim amplifiers with a captive lead. With a volume control on the front panel, the amplifier has the power to drive most headphones at a satisfactory level, and even beyond, at the same time operating with very low distortion. The efforts of the Naim Headline amplifier have been focused on achieving extremely low levels of noise and distortion, due to headphones’ tendency to be more revealing in this area.

The Headline amplifier is designed to operate with an external power supply such as the NAPSC, but can also be used with the FlatCap XS, HiCap or SuperCap with a special interconnect, SLIC.

  • One DIN input, RCA optional
  • Single 6.35mm headphone output
  • Independent volume control
  • Works with NAPSC, FlatCap XS, HiCap or SuperCap power supplies
