Ultra-High Performance NFCA modules

A90 implemented the first member of the new NFCA (Nested Feedback Composite Amplifier) module series.Voltage Current hybrid feedback architecture along with UHGF(ultra high gain feedback) technology provide excellent DC and AC performance. High output current drive capability allows the amp driving low impedance headphones with ease. Ultraslow noise of 0.2uV is miles ahead of the competition, giving absurdly high dynamic range of 145dB and no audible noise and darkest background for the most sensitive IEMs.

Full balanced + SE headphone output

A90 has three output headphone jacks of 4-pin-XLR, 4.4 balanced and 6.35 SE to meet different usages.

Wide range of adaptation to headphones

The SE 25Vpp / balanced 49Vpp high output voltage along with high output current & less than 0.1 Ohm output impedance, A90 is provided with a wide range of adaptation to headphones.

3 step gain setting, adapt to various sensitivities

A90 is equipped with three gain settings of -9.5dB/ OdB / 9.5dB for SE and -3.5dB / 6.0dB / 15.5dB for balanced. The noise of merely 0.2uVrms makes A90 easily adapt to all types of headphones from extremely sensitive IEMs to most power demanding full sized over-ears.

Not only a headphone-amp, but also a pre-amp

The NFCA modules of A90 are not only able to drive the headphone but also apply to be the pre-amp. When it is in pre-amp mode, the 20ohm SE and 40 ohm balanced OFF output impedance are widely suitable for various power amplifiers.

As simple as paring with D90 DAC

It’s a great companion of active monitors stacked with D90 DAC when A90 work as pre-amp application.
