Description
The remote includes intelligent dimming and muting functions. The ‘DIM’ button toggles the DAC between two independent volume control settings. Both of these volume settings can be adjusted using the ‘Volume’ up and down buttons. The ‘DIM’ feature is ideal for HDTV users, as it allows you to set your preferred ‘DIM’ level for commercials, etc.
The ‘MUTE’ button fades down the volume to the ‘DIM’ level before muting and smoothly raises the volume to the normal level after un-muting.
The remote has exceptional range, making it exceptionally easy to use. In most cases it is not necessary to aim the remote at the DAC.
Separate ‘ON’ and ‘OFF buttons allow unambiguous programming of universal remote systems. Dedicated input select buttons allow quick access to input sources.
