The high-grade AT95EX dual-moving magnet stereo cartridge and the lightweight AT-HS10 Headshell, specially made for turntables, make it stand out to other similar models. The anti-vibration damping parts used in the AT-LP5 with high-grade metal chassis inserts provides the foundation to produce low-frequency acoustical feedback. The efficient die-cast aluminum platter, aimed to provide précised results, is operated by a high-torque, direct-drive motor that ensures on-axis yet stable rotation at 33-1/3.
The turntable also includes an integrated preamp that allows it to be connected directly with active speakers and other audio devices that have no dedicated turntable input. The USB output on the turntable let users to directly connect it with the computer. Moreover, it is also compatible with PC and Mac systems.
